In accordance with the requirements of the applicable law, the User entering into this Agreement provides the Gamblingtalk  with the right and gives its consent with:
processing by the Gamblingtalk  of its Personal Data specified by the User at the time of registration on the Forum;
taking by the Gamblingtalk of any actions (operations) with its Personal Data, including data collection, classification, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction and cross-border transfers, including with the use of automation facilities;
processing by the Gamblingtalk of its personal data by entering them into an electronic database, lists (registers) and report forms.

Processing of the Personal Data is performed by the Gamblingtalk subject to the requirements of current legislation and using the following main ways (but not limited to): storage, recording on digital media and storage, inventories, marking.
