New Jersey gaming revenue up 9% in November 2023

Gross gaming revenue (GGR) of casinos, racetracks and online operators in the US state of New Jersey reached $482.4 million in November 2023. This is reported in the monthly report of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), published on 15 December.
According to the contents of the document, compared to November 2022, revenue increased by 9.4 per cent.
Atlantic City land-based casinos generated $214.9 million in revenue in November 2023, down 0.2% from a year earlier. Slot machine revenue reached $160.9 million and gaming table revenue reached $54.1 million.
$171.6 million in revenue was generated from online gambling, up 17.4% from November 2022.
Sports betting revenue was up 19.2 per cent to $95.9 million.
Borgata Casino had the highest revenue of Atlantic City's gambling establishments at $51.7 million. The top three also included Hard Rock ($41.4 million) and Ocean Casino Resort ($31.4 million). Recall that in Atlantic City operate nine casinos: Bally's, Borgata, Caesars, Golden Nugget, Hard Rock, Harrah's, Ocean Casino Resort, Resorts and Tropicana.
