Liberia’s National Lottery Authority unveils new Service Delivery Charter for 2025-2028
The National Lottery Authority (NLA) of Liberia has introduced its Service Delivery Charter (SDC) for 2025-2028, outlining its commitment to transparency, efficiency, and high-quality service for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
The newly unveiled Charter sets the standard for the quantity, quality, and conditions of services provided by the NLA, ensuring that the public is well-informed about their rights and available channels for redress in case of violations.
A Commitment to Excellence
Reginald Kpan Nagbe, Director General of the NLA, emphasized that the Charter reflects the institution’s dedication to upholding the highest service standards. He assured the public that the NLA would implement the Charter effectively while welcoming feedback to continuously improve service delivery for the benefit of Liberians.
“We are committed to delivering services at the highest possible standards and will do our best to ensure the effective implementation of this Charter. Public feedback is essential in refining these standards and improving service quality,” Nagbe stated.
Investing in a Skilled Workforce
Recognizing the importance of a professional and motivated workforce, the NLA has pledged to invest in continuous training and development for its staff. The Authority believes that enhancing employee skills will lead to better service delivery, aligning with the needs of customers and stakeholders.
The NLA is calling on the public to support its efforts in implementing the Service Charter, which aims to create a more accountable and responsive gaming regulatory body in Liberia.
For further inquiries, stakeholders are encouraged to engage with the NLA through its designated communication channels.
