Uganda's National Lottery takes a leap towards social impact with new partnership
The National Lotteries and Gambling Regulatory Board (NLGRB) has unveiled an initiative that is set to redefine the National Lottery experience in Uganda. Titled "Transforming Lives, One Ticket at a Time," this initiative represents a significant departure from traditional lottery revenue usage, with every ticket sold now directly contributing to the advancement of the nation.
In collaboration with ITHUBA UGANDA, the NLGRB is dedicated to transforming the National Lottery into more than just a game of chance; it is positioned to become a driving force for positive change throughout the country. Every ticket purchased not only offers players the chance to win life-changing prizes but also directly funds critical public infrastructure projects, educational programs, healthcare services, and sports development initiatives.
The partnership with ITHUBA UGANDA ensures that a significant portion of lottery revenues is allocated to projects that have a lasting impact on the welfare and quality of life of Ugandans. From the construction of schools and hospitals to the support of local sports talent, the initiative is designed to reach every corner of society, ensuring that the lottery's benefits are experienced by all.
