Tottenham appoint Igor Tudor as head coach until the end of the season
Spurs confirmed Igor Tudor’s short-term appointment on Saturday, with the Croatian tasked with lifting results immediately — starting with a North London derby against Arsenal on 22 February.
Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the appointment of Igor Tudor as Men’s Head Coach until the end of the season, subject to a work permit.
In the club’s announcement, Spurs said Tudor’s mandate is to improve performances and deliver results at a decisive stage of the campaign, with an emphasis on raising the team’s organisation and intensity.
Reuters reports Tudor steps in after Thomas Frank was dismissed, with Tottenham sitting five points above the relegation zone at the time of the change.
Tudor’s first match in charge is expected to be the North London derby vs Arsenal on 22 February at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium — a high-pressure opener that will quickly test whether Spurs can stabilise form before the season run-in.
