South Africa’s Limpopo Gambling Board to review Sun International's Interest in casinos
The Limpopo Gambling Board has scheduled a public hearing regarding Sun International South Africa (Pty) Ltd's application for consent to hold indirect controlling financial interests in two licensed establishments.
The application involves the following entities:
- Peermont Global (Limpopo) Proprietary Limited, operating as Khoroni Hotel and Convention Resort.
- Peermont Global (Tubatse) Proprietary Limited, operating as Thaba Moshate Hotel Casino and Convention Resort.
The public hearing will take place on November 26, 2024, at the Park Inn by Radisson Polokwane Hotel, starting at 10:00 AM.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend and participate in discussions surrounding this application, which could have implications for the province's gaming and hospitality sectors.
