South Africa's ITHUBA announces second-largest LOTTO Jackpot of R100 million
ITHUBA, the South African National Lottery, has announced a guaranteed R100 million LOTTO jackpot for Saturday, August 3, 2024.
This jackpot is the second-largest in LOTTO history, following the R110 million jackpot won by four individuals in January 2018. The current jackpot has rolled over 25 times to reach this impressive amount.
Charmaine Mabuza, CEO of ITHUBA, expressed her excitement, noting that the LOTTO jackpot has only exceeded R100 million once before. She emphasized the company’s commitment to offering life-changing jackpots and ensuring winners are equipped to make sound financial decisions through trauma counseling and financial advice services.
Ticket sales are expected to surge in South Africa as players try their luck for a chance to win the life-changing amount.
