South Africa's Eastern Cape Gambling Board announces mobile communication solutions tender

The Eastern Cape Gambling Board (ECGB) has officially announced a tender for the provision of mobile communication solutions over a period of twenty-four months.

Service providers are invited to submit their proposals for this project. Interested parties can obtain the necessary bid documents and terms of reference from the ECGB's official website.

Bidders must ensure that their completed documents, along with all required attachments, are submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the bid description and number. Submissions can be sent to PO Box 15355, Beacon Bay 5205, or deposited in the bid box located at the Eastern Cape Gambling Board's office in Quenera Park, Beacon Bay, by the specified deadline.

To be considered, bidders must complete and sign all required SBD forms and include a current Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) report or a Unique Security Personal Identification Number (PIN) from SARS. Late submissions, as well as those sent via telegraph, email, or fax, will not be accepted.
A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for September 6, 2024, with the closing date for bids set for September 20, 2024.

The ECGB serves as the regulatory authority for the gambling and betting industry in the Eastern Cape, committed to ensuring a fair and competitive gaming environment while maximizing societal contributions through effective regulation and enforcement.
