Philippines gross gaming revenue to exceed $5 billion in 2023
The gross gaming revenue of the Philippines by the end of 2023 will be from 5.2 billion US dollars (293 billion Philippine pesos) to 5.9 billion US dollars (332 billion Philippine pesos). This forecast was made by analysts of the consulting company GCG Gaming Advisory Services Pty. Ltd.
GCG said the figure applies to the entire industry, including bingo parlors and arcades, as well as public and private casinos.
According to experts, Entertainment City casinos will have the largest annual share of gross gambling income, which can reach 3.6-4.0 billion US dollars. The income of the commercial casino cluster in the Clark Freeport Zone will be from 600 to 700 thousand dollars.
The consulting firm also provides forecasts for Cebu's commercial casino market, which is estimated to generate $70 million to $90 million in combined revenue.
