New Year Mega Lottery launches in Nigeria featuring eight innovative products
On September 5, 2024, the New Year Mega Lottery Nigeria Limited (NYML) officially launched its products and services in Abuja, attracting mega-agents and distributors from all 36 states, including the Federal Capital Territory. The event marked a significant milestone for the company, which is the sole sponsor of Nigeria's National Nationwide Premier League.
During the launch, CEO Mr. Sunday Adeleye introduced eight innovative lottery products aimed at empowering Nigerians to become millionaires with just a N200 investment. Adeleye emphasized that NYML is focused on sports development and community empowerment, differentiating itself from traditional sports betting by providing players and fans opportunities to earn income through the Nationwide League One.
The NYML's offerings include the Mega Draw, State Mega Puzzle, Monthly Draw, Mega Japa, Instant Scratch and Win, Pocket Moni, Campus Fare, and Back to School, making it accessible to a diverse audience. With a commitment to social engagement and entertainment, the lottery aims to create 50 millionaires every year, starting with a jackpot of N50 million in the Mega Draw.
