The National Lottery Trust Fund (NLTF) of Nigeria has reaffirmed its commitment to fostering unity among Nigerians through its initiatives focused on 'Good Causes'. This pledge was highlighted during the recent partnership with 2et Media Network Ltd for the premiere of the film "When Wolves Cry," which addresses the critical issue of fake news.

The film aligns with NLTF's mission to tackle social challenges through the arts and culture, aiming to enhance media literacy, critical thinking, and fact-based storytelling. At the premiere held at the United Nations House in Abuja, NLTF Executive Secretary Tosin Adeyanju praised the film and its creators, stating, "We are proud of you and all individuals responsible for this movie. The movie is worthy of commendation; there is no better time to come up with this movie."

Adeyanju emphasized the importance of the film's message for national progress, urging all Nigerians to watch it and embrace the opportunity for collective growth. He stated, "Moving forward, our organization will continue to partner with the movie producer to educate Nigerians through its 'Good Causes."

The NLTF's ongoing commitment to uniting Nigerians through good causes is set to extend into future projects and collaborations, reinforcing its role as a catalyst for positive change in the country.

The National Lottery Trust Fund  receives a minimum of 20% of the total proceeds generated from lottery operations. It was established in May 2005 by an act of the National Assembly to manage a portion of the proceeds from gaming and lottery activities in the country. Its primary role is to fund various "Good Causes" across multiple sectors, including education, health, social services, disaster management, and infrastructure projects.
