The National Lottery of Côte d'Ivoire (LONACI) reported impressive results for 2024, with a record-breaking turnover of 561.24 billion FCFA, marking an 8.29% increase from the previous year.

In 2024, LONACI distributed a total of 288.019 billion FCFA in winnings to players,  informed Dramane Coulibaly, Director General of LONACI.

LONACI's success extended beyond its core business, as the company contributed significantly to the state budget with 15 billion FCFA in royalties and 8.28 billion FCFA in taxes.

The lottery operator also increased its social action budget from 5.6 billion FCFA in 2023 to 6.75 billion FCFA in 2024, funding various community projects through the LONACI Foundation.

LONACI (Loterie Nationale de Côte d'Ivoire) plays a central role in Côte d'Ivoire's gambling industry as the state gaming company with exclusive rights to operate lottery and online games, except for casinos and slot machines.

As both a regulatory authority and operator, LONACI oversees the lottery sector, contributes significantly to the state budget through royalties and taxes, and is actively involved in social initiatives, demonstrating its commitment to responsible gaming and community development.
