National Gambling Board of South Africa and Limpopo Gambling Board educate punters on responsible gambling

The National Gambling Board (NGB) of South Africa, which oversees the regulation of the gambling industry to ensure compliance with the National Gambling Act, recently collaborated with the Limpopo Gambling Board to host an educational session for punters at Bettabets and Goldrush Bingo in Groblersdal. 

This initiative focused on promoting responsible gambling practices and provided attendees with resources for accessing free help for gambling addiction, including a toll-free counseling line at 0800 006 008.

The Limpopo Gambling Board plays a crucial role in regulating gambling activities within the province, ensuring that local operators adhere to national standards and promote responsible gambling. Together with the NGB, they aim to enhance public awareness about the risks associated with gambling and the importance of seeking help when needed.
