Dated 11 April 2025, the RFP outlines the procedure MER will follow in assessing proposals and applications for these licences. The full document is available for download on the MER’s website or can be collected directly from the MER office.
Interested parties are encouraged to submit any clarification questions regarding the RFP no later than 29 May 2025. MER has confirmed that responses to these questions, along with the official deadline for proposal submissions, will be published in due course.
The RFP marks an important step in MER’s ongoing efforts to regulate and expand the legal betting landscape in the province.
