Liberia's National Lottery Authority invites bids for Central Monitoring System

The National Lottery Authority (NLA) of Liberia has announced a tender notice inviting bids for the procurement of a Central Electronic Monitoring System (CMS) for lottery games, with the issuance date set on August 7, 2024, and the closing date on September 6, 2024.

This initiative aims to enhance revenue collection and regulatory oversight within the lottery and gaming sectors.

The CMS is intended to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data capture, strengthen regulatory measures, facilitate anti-money laundering investigations, promote responsible gaming practices, and prevent fraudulent activities.

Eligible bidders, both local and international, are encouraged to submit sealed bids for the supply, delivery, and installation of the CMS according to the specified technical requirements. The bidding process will follow the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as outlined in the Public Procurement and Concessions (PPC) Act of 2010.

Interested parties can obtain further information and the bidding documents from the NLA Procurement Unit located at the Clay Building, Sekou Toure Avenue, Mamba Point, Monrovia. The cost for the bidding documents is set at $500.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by September 9, 2024, at 1:00 PM, with an accompanying Bid Security as detailed in the bidding document. The opening of bids will occur at the same time and location, allowing representatives of bidders to attend.
