Kenya Arbitrage Betting Weekly Report: September 18 24, 2026

Kenya Arbitrage Betting Weekly Report (September 18–24, 2026)

The Kenya-focused arbitrage betting dataset expanded sharply during September 18–24, 2026, with WorkBet recording 124,432 arbitrage opportunities. Compared with the previously supplied reporting period of September 7–13, when 89,140 opportunities were recorded, total volume increased by approximately 39.6%. Because the two supplied periods are not contiguous, this is best treated as a period-over-period comparison rather than a strict week-over-week change.

Football remained the dominant sport with 88,245 opportunities, accounting for 70.9% of the total. Its share, however, fell substantially from 84.7% in the previous supplied period. Basketball rose to 13,435 opportunities (10.8%), hockey reached 11,792 (9.5%), tennis accounted for 6,727 (5.4%), and volleyball added 2,242 (1.8%). The latest dataset was therefore considerably less concentrated around football.

The profitability profile remained dominated by lower-margin opportunities. 47.52% of all surebets returned below 1%, while another 41.63% fell into the 1–5% range. Together, these categories represented 89.15% of all opportunities. The 5–10% range accounted for 6.81%, the 10–20% range for 3.16%, and 0.88% exceeded 20%.

Opportunity lifespan remained relatively practical across a large part of the dataset. 49.59% of opportunities stayed available for 3–10 minutes, while 26.42% lasted longer than 31 minutes. A further 11.69% remained active for 10–20 minutes, while 6.66% disappeared in under three minutes.

Across the full WorkBet dataset, BetCity was the most active bookmaker with 41,720 opportunities, followed by 1xBet with 27,413, Olimpbet with 26,136, Zenit with 22,190 and Marathonbet with 18,658. Among bookmakers relevant to the Kenyan market, 1xBet remained the largest source of recorded activity with 27,413 opportunities, followed by Odibets with 9,487, SportPesa with 4,851, Mozzartbet with 1,341 and Betika with 583.

The Kenya-focused figures changed substantially compared with the previous supplied period. 1xBet increased from 21,753 to 27,413 opportunities, or approximately 26%. Odibets more than doubled from 4,640 to 9,487, an increase of about 104.5%. SportPesa was broadly stable, moving from 4,913 to 4,851, while Mozzartbet declined from 1,832 to 1,341 and Betika from 742 to 583.

In the filtered segment — surebets with a minimum 3% profit and a lifetime of at least three minutes — Bovada-linked combinations became the defining feature of the period. Bovada appeared in each of the eight highest-volume filtered pairs. Bovada–Olimpbet led with 5,726 qualifying opportunities at 12.93% average profit and a 25.6-minute average lifespan. Bovada–Odibets was also notable for the Kenya-focused segment, producing 4,311 opportunities at 13.10% average profit and 25.8 minutes of average lifetime.

The overall weekly average profit was 2.52%, only slightly below the 2.55% recorded in the previous supplied period. The longest-lived surebet remained available for 167 hours and 50 minutes. Based on the WorkBet benchmark of $200 turnover over eight hours, estimated earning potential was $4,048.

Overall, the September 18–24 WorkBet data points to a much larger and more diversified arbitrage dataset. Total volume rose sharply, football became less dominant, 1xBet and especially Odibets increased their Kenya-relevant activity, and Bovada emerged as the most recurring counterparty among the highest-volume filtered combinations.
