Kenya Arbitrage Betting Weekly Report: July 27 - August 2, 2026

Kenya Arbitrage Betting Weekly Report (July 27–August 2, 2026)

WorkBet statistics for July 27 - August 2, 2026 recorded 46,067 qualifying arbitrage opportunities, highlighting another active week for bettors targeting the Kenyan market. The reporting period was defined by stronger football dominance, continued leadership from Odibets and SportPesa, and a sharp decline in 1xBet activity.

Football accounted for 39,309 opportunities, or 85.3% of the weekly total, strengthening its position as the market's primary source of surebets. Tennis ranked second with 2,460 opportunities (5.3%), followed by basketball with 2,172 (4.7%). Compared with the previous week, football gained an even larger share, making the arbitrage market more concentrated around a single sport.

The profitability profile remained highly consistent. 49.15% of all surebets delivered returns below 1%, while 40.96%fell into the 1-5% range. Together, these categories represented more than 90% of all opportunities, while only 1.27%exceeded the 20% profit threshold. This continues to show that long-term arbitrage performance depends primarily on execution speed and opportunity volume.

Opportunity lifespan also remained favorable. Almost 47.04% of all surebets stayed available for 3-10 minutes, while 27.99% lasted longer than 31 minutes, providing stable execution windows for users relying on automated scanners.

Across the overall WorkBet dataset, BetCity remained the most active bookmaker with 17,683 opportunities, ahead of Olimpbet, Marathonbet, Fonbet, and Paribet. Within the Kenya-focused segment, however, Odibets retained first place with 4,881 opportunities, followed by SportPesa (3,504), MozzartBet (509) and Betika (260).

The week's biggest change was the collapse of 1xBet activity. After generating 1,917 opportunities one week earlier, the bookmaker produced only 68 during the current reporting period, shifting the Kenya-focused market even further toward established regional operators.

Among filtered opportunities (minimum 3% profit and at least three minutes of lifetime), BetCity-Olimpbet led with 902 qualifying surebets. Kenya-linked combinations also remained competitive: Marathonbet-Odibets produced 661 opportunities with an average profit of 12.67%, while BetCity-Odibets generated 368 at 10.17%. Bovada-Odibets delivered the highest average margin among the leading Kenya-related pairs at 13.96%.

The weekly average profit reached 2.43%, while the longest-lived surebet remained available for 161 hours and 42 minutes. Based on the WorkBet benchmark of $200 turnover over eight hours, the estimated weekly earning potential reached $3,792.

Overall, the latest WorkBet statistics show a more football-driven arbitrage market and an even stronger role for regional bookmakers in Kenya. Odibets and SportPesa continued to lead local activity, while the sharp decline in 1xBet became the week's most significant structural change.
