Kenya Arbitrage Betting Weekly Report: 1xBet Leads the Market in June 22–28, 2026
Kenya Arbitrage Betting Weekly Report
1xBet generated 15,266 surebet opportunities between June 22–28, 2026, making it the clear leader in the Kenyan arbitrage market for the week. Odibets also remained an important local bookmaker, but with 4,826 opportunities, it trailed far behind the top international operators.
Across all monitored bookmakers, WorkBet detected 56,328 arbitrage opportunities during the seven-day period, with an average profit of 2.48%. Football remained the dominant source of activity, producing 41,747 opportunities and accounting for 74.1% of all recorded surebets. Tennis followed with 6,977 opportunities, or 12.4%, while basketball contributed 4,377 opportunities, or 7.8%.
A major takeaway from this week’s report is the shift in market structure. Unlike the previous week, when Odibets dominated both standalone volume and bookmaker pairs, the current data shows that 1xBet is now the most active bookmaker in Kenya. The strongest pair in the high-profit, longer-lifetime segment was 1xBet–Melbet, which generated 1,117 qualifying surebets with an average profit margin of 9.34%. Other strong combinations included 1xBet–Betcity (1,038), Betcity–Olimpbet (788), and 1xBet–Olimpbet (739).
This pattern suggests that the Kenyan market is becoming more balanced across international bookmakers, while local operators remain important but no longer lead the entire field. 1xBet, Betcity, Olimpbet, and Marathonbet continue to shape the main flow of arbitrage opportunities, especially in the more profitable segments filtered for at least 3% profit and a minimum lifetime of three minutes.
Profitability data confirms that most opportunities still sit in the lower-margin ranges. Nearly 89.4% of all detected surebets offered profit below 5%, including 47.48% below 1% and 41.96% in the 1–5% range. Only 1.38% of opportunities delivered margins above 20%, showing that very high-profit setups remain relatively rare.
Execution conditions were mixed but still workable. 52.14% of opportunities lasted between 3 and 10 minutes, while 28.17% remained available for more than 31 minutes. At the same time, 4.5% disappeared in less than three minutes, which means speed still matters for bettors targeting this market.
Overall, WorkBet data shows that Kenya continues to offer a large volume of arbitrage opportunities, but the market is now driven more by international bookmakers than by a single local leader. Football remains the primary source of volume, while 1xBet has emerged as the most influential bookmaker in the market for this reporting period.
