Ivory Coast's LONACI achieves over 4 billion FCFA in net income for Fiscal Year 2023
Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) announced a strong financial performance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, during its annual general meeting.
Shareholders approved the financial statements which revealed a 21.84% increase in revenue to 518.36 billion FCFA. Additionally, the company reported a net income exceeding 4.26 billion FCFA.
Interim Chairman Vassogbo Bamba attributed the positive results to the dedicated efforts of the Board of Directors and management. Representatives from the State, CNPS, and employee shareholders—Yetjli Prosper Touré, Guillaume Diby, and Abou Gbané—extended their congratulations on the company’s achievements.
LONACI, established in 1970, is Ivory Coast’s national lottery organization operating under government supervision. The company plays a crucial role in the country’s economy through revenue generation and job creation.
