A delegation from the National Lottery of Senegal (LONASE), headed by Director General Mr. Toussaint Manga, is visiting Abidjan from September 2 to 6, 2024, to exchange expertise with the National Lottery of Côte d'Ivoire (LONACI). The visit aims to enhance LONASE’s knowledge in organizing games of chance by learning from LONACI's successful experiences.

The six-member delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Abdoulkarim Ouattara, the Deputy Director General of LONACI, who received them on behalf of the Director General, Mr. Dramane Coulibaly, who also serves as President of the Association of Lotteries of Africa. Mr. Ouattara expressed his pleasure with the visit, highlighting that it brings honor to both LONACI and Côte d'Ivoire.

LONACI, established in 1970, is the national lottery of Côte d'Ivoire, contributing to government revenue and undertaking social initiatives through the LONACI Foundation, founded in 2019.

LONASE, the national lottery of Senegal, operates to generate funds for public welfare and development projects, with its headquarters in Dakar. Employing around 210 people, LONASE plays a significant role in the sports and gaming industry, generating an estimated $38.9 million in annual revenue.
