A delegation from the National Lottery of Senegal (LONASE), headed by Director General Mr. Toussaint Manga, is visiting Abidjan from September 2 to 6, 2024, to exchange expertise with the National Lottery of Côte d'Ivoire (LONACI). The visit aims to enhance LONASE’s knowledge in organizing games of chance by learning from LONACI's successful experiences.
The six-member delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Abdoulkarim Ouattara, the Deputy Director General of LONACI, who received them on behalf of the Director General, Mr. Dramane Coulibaly, who also serves as President of the Association of Lotteries of Africa.
