Ghana's National Lottery Authority unveils refurbished Brennan Hall
The National Lottery Authority (NLA) of Ghana has officially unveiled the newly refurbished Brennan Hall, a key facility in its operations for nearly three decades. Director-General Samuel Awuku highlighted the significance of this renovation, stating it symbolizes their commitment to excellence in the lottery industry. The project, completed in two phases, marks the first major facelift since the hall's inception.
The first phase involved remodeling the Draw Studio stage, completed in June 2023, while the second phase included a comprehensive overhaul with modern furnishings and state-of-the-art equipment. The formal commissioning took place on October 18, 2024, led by NLA Board Chairman Gary Nimako Marfo. He praised the partnership with KGL Group and acknowledged Eloctroland Ghana for their support.
Brennan Hall is named after Mr. William Francis Brennan, the NLA's first Director-General, who helped establish Ghana's lottery system. This transformation enhances the hall's functionality and reinforces NLA's dedication to providing exciting games and draws. Since its first draw on September 29, 1962, NLA has continued to thrill audiences across the nation.
