Gaming Commission of Ghana Relocates to Diamond House in Accra Central
Gaming Commission of Ghana has officially moved its head office to Diamond House (PMMC Building) on Kinbu Road, Accra Central, in a strategic relocation intended to enhance accessibility, service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
The regulator responsible for issuing licences, monitoring and supervising games of chance in Ghana now occupies Diamond House, adjacent to the Registrar‑General’s Department and near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Accra Central. The move was confirmed on 27 October 2025 by industry news outlet iGaming Afrika.
Previously, the Commission operated from P.M.B. 195, Kotoka International Airport, 31 Fifth Circular Road, Cantonments, Accra. The new office location is expected to improve public access, streamline administrative functions and provide enhanced visibility in Ghana’s regulatory ecosystem.
Key contact information for the Commission has also been updated: the digital address GA-143-2646, telephone numbers 0274 698 935 and 0540 132 100 are now listed for correspondence at the new location.
The move aligns with the regulator’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, transparency and stakeholder engagement in the gaming sector. Back in June 2025, the Ministry of the Interior inaugurated a new Governing Board for the Commission with a mandate to drive industry growth and bolster compliance frameworks.
For operators, industry stakeholders and the public, the relocation signals increased institutional capacity and a “one-stop” presence in the heart of Accra. The Gaming Commission is encouraging all licensed entities and applicants to update their records to reflect the new address and to use the new contact details for all regulatory business going forward.
