Esports World Cup 2026 Confirms 20 Game Titles Ahead of Global Mega Event
The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) has confirmed 20 game titles for the 2026 edition of the Esports World Cup, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from July 6 to August 23.
The event, one of the largest in competitive gaming, will feature 24 games in total, covering a wide range of genres — from FPS and MOBAs to sports simulations and fighting titles. Four additional games are expected to be announced in the coming months.
Among the confirmed titles are:
Apex Legends, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Call of Duty: Warzone, Chess, Counter-Strike 2, CrossFire, Dota 2, EA Sports FC 26, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, Free Fire, Honor of Kings, League of Legends, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Overwatch 2, PUBG Battlegrounds, PUBG Mobile, Rainbow Six Siege X, Street Fighter 6, Teamfight Tactics and VALORANT.
All twenty of these games have previously appeared in the Esports World Cup, with no completely new titles joining the lineup yet. Fighting game enthusiasts noted the return of Street Fighter 6 and Fatal Fury, while Tekken 8 is absent from the preliminary list.
The 2026 edition aims to build on the success of last year’s tournament, which featured 24 games, 25 competitions, and a record prize pool exceeding US $70 million, broadcast in over 140 countries.
Organizers hinted that the final four unannounced titles may include “surprise collaborations” between major publishers, further expanding the event’s global reach and cementing its status as the premier festival of competitive gaming.
