Entente Council's 54th annual meeting focuses on revitalizing national lotteries
The general directors of national lotteries of the member states of the Entente Council, as well as experts, became participants in the 54th Annual Meeting of the Entente Council.
The event takes place from May 6 to 8 at the Directorate of the National Lottery of Benin (LNB) in Cotonou. It was opened by the director of the Benin National Lottery (LNB), Gaston Zossou.
As the participants of the Entente Council pointed out, previously the lotteries of the Entente Council member countries actively sold scratch tickets, but their sales began to decline everywhere. In this regard, at the meeting it is necessary to develop a new concept for the development of the lottery sector, linked to modern technologies.
The Entente Council is made up of five member countries. Besides Benin, it includes Côte d'Ivoire, Niger, Burkina Faso and Togo.
