Côte d’Ivoire’s LONACI reviews record 2025 results and sets FCFA744.3bn target for 2026
At a 20 February staff-management meeting, LONACI leadership and employee delegates highlighted internal dialogue as the operator positions 2026 around digital expansion, product relaunches and stronger distribution.
Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) held a high-profile staff-management session on 20 February 2026, bringing together Director General Dramane Coulibaly, senior executives and staff delegates in what the operator described as a constructive internal dialogue format.
The meeting comes after a strong 2025 performance. Government reporting on LONACI’s 2025 results shows turnover rising from FCFA579.3bn (2024) to FCFA657.6bn (2025), a 14% increase, while player winnings paid reached FCFA413.9bn (up 17%) and commissions to concessionaires also increased (reported at +10%).
Looking ahead, LONACI has set an ambitious 2026 turnover target of FCFA744.3bn, with priorities including faster digital roll-out, sports and horse-race betting growth, and relaunches such as Sportcash and PMU across the national footprint.
The broader signal is governance-led growth: company leadership has repeatedly framed 2026 around “responsible growth,” with emphasis on innovation, governance and human capital—and the February staff-management format reinforces that execution is being tied to internal alignment, not only commercial targets.
