Burkina Faso’s National Lottery backs 35th Cycling Tour of Faso

LONAB has announced its sponsorship of the 35th edition of the International Cycling Tour of Faso, set to take place from October 25 to November 3, 2024. Prior to the kickoff of this prestigious national and international sporting event, the National Organizing Committee met with media representatives on October 17, 2024, in Ouagadougou to discuss preparations and express gratitude to partners for their support.

For this edition, LONAB aims to strengthen its collaboration with the organizing committee and all stakeholders to ensure that this event is memorable. As in previous editions, LONAB will sponsor the Tour jersey and the Burkina Faso B team.

During the press conference, the Director General of LONAB was represented by Technical Advisor Mr. Aymar TIENDREBEOGO, who emphasized the significance of this event for promoting cycling in Burkina Faso.

The National Lottery of Burkina Faso (LONAB), established in 1967 and regulated by the Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Prospective, holds a monopoly on sports betting in the country. It has recently launched a new online betting platform called LONABET, allowing users to place bets on various sporting events.
