Bridging markets and building success: An interview with Henrique De Simoni of 3 Oaks Gaming
We are pleased to have Henrique De Simoni, Account Manager LATAM at 3 Oaks Gaming, join us for this interview. Originally from Brazil, Henrique has transitioned to the European and Latam markets, where he manages accounts for 3 Oaks. Over the past year, Henrique has been instrumental in integrating 3 Oaks games into our platform at Timeless Tech. Today, we discuss his journey in the iGaming industry, experiences with Timeless Tech, and his vision for the future.
Personal Background and Career
- Henrique, can you tell us a bit about your background and how you first got involved in the iGaming industry?
A: Betting is something that always took my attention. I am always aware of how the odds can change your life and this is something that I have to myself. Go big or go home!!
I have more than 18 years of experience in the customer/sales industry. For me it’s very natural to help solve any problems and to listen to people's stories. I have been a bettor since 2012 and I am working in the industry from 2020. I don’t see myself in other environments, only if I hit the jackpot and retire!
- How did your transition from Brazil to the European market influence your career and perspective on the industry?
A: Brazil is still the rising star of the betting industry. It’s getting mature, however is an incipient market that has a lot of gaps to be filled. The European market gives the steps that were paved for a long time like the regulation in the UK which act as a foundation for any other new markets. I am responsible for Latam markets and some European markets too. I can only see a win-win situation in absorbing the experience of developed countries and using it in our favor in places that are looking for regulations like Peru, Brazil, Argentina, etc.
- What motivated you to pursue a career in gaming, and what were some of your initial experiences in the field?
A: Like I have said before, I am passionate about the industry and being an avid consumer of the whole iGaming ecosystem, I always dreamt to work with something related to odds, probability, sports and entertainment. I began my career at Wanna then moved to Kaizen Gaming and now I am extremely happy here at 3 Oaks Gaming.
The Beginning of the Partnership
- How did you first come into contact with Timeless Tech? What were your initial impressions?
A: My first contact with TLT was with Nicola, a true gentleman and a visionary partner. We had a very good conversation at Miami and I heard all the plans of Timeless expansions. It was a great start with my dear friend in the industry.
My first couldn’t be better. Nicola is very polite and a kind person for a comfortable and professional conversation from the very beginning.
- What were the primary reasons 3 Oaks Gaming decided to partner with Timeless Tech?
A:I believe in the power of partnership as a one way road to success. When I joined 3 Oaks, Timeless was already a customer. So, I think in this case this partnership was made looking for increase the KPIs of both brands and also for brand awareness which benefits the 2 companies.
- How did your initial interactions with Timeless Tech, particularly with Nicola, Ian, and Marko, influence your decision to proceed with the partnership?
A: We had several meetings in Miami, London, Rio, São Paulo and I am always looking for more. We discussed future plans, promos, new markets, regulations and etc.One thing that I particularly like from all of my friends including Nicola, Ian and Marko is that they always treat me with kindness and respect, this is very valuable for me and makes every discussion very light.
Current State of the Partnership
- In what ways has the partnership with Timeless Tech positively impacted 3Oaks Gaming's KPIs such as game slots, network campaigns, and local tournaments?
A: This is the best question! We had an all time high in terms of GGR at April. So, using all the tools that we can use to generate more numbers and make the players satisfied with our slots via Timeless.
- How would you describe the synergy between the teams at 3 Oaks Gaming and Timeless Tech?
A: One of the best that I have with all of my customers. Very fast in terms of response and also very similar thinking of what we need to do to keep growing.
- Can you give us an example of a successful project or campaign that resulted from this partnership?
A: Network promo is one of the main products that we use together. For acquisition purposes increases the number of players and gives the chance for them to experience our premium slots. We are doing this for more than a year uninterruptedly
Future Expectations
- Looking towards the future, what are your expectations for the continued success and growth of the partnership between 3 Oaks Gaming and Timeless Tech?
A: We have to keep looking for the trends! It’s important to be competitive in the new markets. Some recipes only work with a very well defined localization. I am sure that Timeless will be a great partner in this search alongside us.
- What new projects or initiatives do you envision collaborating on with Timeless Tech in the coming years?
A: It’s hard to preview the coming years. Partnerships must be nurtured week by week. We want to have new markets and we need great partners like Nicola, Ian and Marko! We have a good collaboration in the market expansion and the search of the success will be collaborative.
- How do you think the evolving iGaming ecosystem will influence the future dynamics of the partnership?
A: It’s impossible to take out AI into this subject and I venture to say that blockchain and web3 will create new opportunities even for strengthening the ties between aggregators, operators, providers etc. Everything using data optimization to show the better path to make some actions.

What advice would you give to someone aspiring to enter the iGaming industry and achieve success similar to yours?
A: I am very humbled and honored by your words, however I am very far from the success!
I am always pushing myself for consistency, for putting people first, for the continuous improvement, for the development of the full ecosystem in the iGaming industry (From B2B to B2C). I am very lucky to have a wonderful team teaching and giving me all the necessary tools for achieving new heights!
My advice is : Be persistent, be proactive, be studious and be kind to people. At the end of the day, it’s all about people!
