betPawa officially launches digital sports betting platform in Gabon

On October 2, 2024, betPawa, a company specializing in digital sports betting, held a press conference in Libreville to announce its official launch in Gabon. 

betPawa's platform, which is fully digital, has now been made available across Gabon, offering users the ability to place bets with a minimum amount. The platform also features a 100% bonus on winnings and instant payouts via Airtel Money. Unlike traditional betting services that require a physical visit to an agency, betPawa provides a completely online experience.

The company's General Manager, Ntoudi Mouyelo, emphasized their commitment to protecting customers' personal data and ensuring the platform's smooth operation. 

betPawa has expanded its operations to a total of 14 countries across Africa. Initially launched in Uganda in 2014, the company has since expanded to Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Congo-Brazzaville, Congo-Kinshasa, South Africa, Lesotho, and Eswatini.
