Belgian group proposed to increase gambling age to 21

It should be noted that in the country since 2018 there is an age limit of 21 years for the admission of customers to land-based casinos. From 2022, the restriction also became applicable to land-based betting shops, slot machine halls and bingo halls.
From 2022, the government introduced a new deposit limit of €200 per week for online players.
From 2025 the country will ban gambling advertising in stadiums, and from 2028 the sponsorship of football clubs by gambling companies will be banned.
