  In a public notice, Advanced Gaming Limited, known as 1X BET, has officially informed the NLGRB of its closure in Uganda, ceasing all business operations immediately. Simultaneously, the NLGRB warns the public that Otrada Hospitality Limited, trading as Melbet, lacks the necessary license to conduct gaming or betting activities in Uganda.

  The Government of Uganda, in partnership with Comtrade D.O.O and MTA Computers Ltd, has developed a National Central Electronic Monitoring System (NCEMS) to regulate the gaming and betting industry.
