Excise tax on sports betting increased in Kenya from July 1 Regulation Kenya
The excise tax on sports betting and lotteries has increased in Kenya since July 1, 2023. The corresponding provision is contained in the Financial Bill for 2023, adopted by the country's parliament and signed by the country's president, William Ruto.
