Nevada casino revenues grew 6.7% in July 2023

The gross gambling revenue of more than 400 casinos operating in the US state of Nevada in July 2023 exceeded a billion dollars for the 29th consecutive month. This follows from the financial report published the day before on the website of the Nevada Gaming Commission (The Nevada Gaming Control Board).
According to the content of the document, gambling income for the reporting period amounted to $1.4 billion, which is 6.74% more than in July 2022.
$889.1 million in casino revenue was from slots, up 6.1% from a year earlier. This figure was the third in the entire history of observations.
Board games generated $512.7 million in revenue. The largest table game revenue came from baccarat, at $193 million. Next comes blackjack - $109 million.
Las Vegas Strip casino revenue hit a record $834.9 million, up 7.9% from a year earlier.
